Pre-built ("pre-fab") sauna systems are designed for the consumer who wants to construct a sauna that is movable and easy to assemble. The modular systems can be assembled in minimal time in any area that has a hard surface, waterproof floor and electric service. Manufacturers make the electrical hookup easy with electrical conduit and control box, where necessary, pre-mounted and sealed in the panels. Each sauna room system is custom built to order.

Pre-built saunas are available in two options: Modular Panel design and Solid Log design.

Modular pre-built saunas are shipped in a series of panels which have been pre-assembled at the factory. The panels consist of interior and exterior wood paneling separated by foil and fiberglass insulation. With this design a sauna can be completely assembled in a few hours.

Solid Log saunas are made of solid wood and do not require any additional finishing panels or insulation.
